SUMMARY:NEW Zoo Winter Hours and 1/2 Off Admission
DESCRIPTION:The NEW Zoo & Adventure Park  Winter Hours of Operation. The NEW Zoo will be open daily (including on all holidays!) from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and the Neil Anderson Canopy Tour will also be open daily starting at 9:00 a.m. The Adventure Park’s Ropes Course\, Ziplines\, Climbing Wall\, and Kids Kourse will be closed for the season\, but groups can schedule private experiences through advanced reservations. Fat tire bikes are also available to rent through the Adventure Park’s Base Camp building\, with ski and snowshoe rentals coming as soon as conditions allow. \n\n\n\nAlthough Zoo hours are shortened\, there’s no shortage of fun things to do on your next visit! Many animals are more active in cooler weather compared to in the heat of summer\, so this is a great time of year to enjoy the Zoo. SUMMARY:Light Up the Night - Torchlight Ski / Snowshoe #3
DESCRIPTION:Snowshoe or ski the one mile loop from the nature center across the boardwalk and back by the light of the stars\, moon\, torch light\, and lights. (Weather dependent – Call in advance). Event cancellation would occur if extreme temperatures or unsafe travel conditions are forecasted. If trail conditions do not allow for skiing or snowshoeing\, then this event turns into a hike.  We are also collecting for the Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry at this event so if you would like to make a non-perishable food donation\, we will be collecting as well. Donations & Payments will be collected inside. Some suggested donations that the food pantry needs: Peanut Butter\, Jelly\, Spaghetti Sauce\, Jell-O\, Pudding\, Ketchup\, Mustard\, and Ramen Noodles.
