DESCRIPTION:Veterans/Current Military: Do you need a helping hand this Christmas?The Patriot Guard Riders of Wisconsin want to help!They will do the shopping\, wrap and deliver the gifts to qualifying families. \n\n\n\nSign Up by completing this form and turning it into your County Veteran Service Office.  Contact the CVSO with any questions \n\n\n\nEligible Applicants include: veterans/soldiers/ military families in the State of Wisconsin who served honorably.  Active Duty Personnel and Veterans from any branch of the Military/Reserves/National Guard and military family members qualify so long as there is a member of their immediate family who is serving or did serve honorably. \n\n\n\nThose applying must apply directly through their County Veterans Service Officer\, Military Family Assistance Advocate\, Dept of Veterans Affairs Advocate or Case Manager.
