Ultimately\, we’ve decided against doing the FB Lives.  We have opted to record and upload afterwards instead.  I still believe that one is none and two is one\, so we are continuing the audio only files and have started uploading to YouTube. \n\n\n\nThe Audio only files get uploaded to the applicable event first. It’s the fastest – so it’s uploaded about an hour after the meeting ends (give or take an hour). Then we upload to YouTube. Depending on the length of the meeting\, this could take 4 hours or longer\, including time for closed captioning. SUMMARY:🌱 Seeds & Cider: A Stewardship Celebration
DESCRIPTION:Join NEWLT and Urban Ecology Oshkosh to learn more about prairie plants and support restoration! After learning to identify important plant species\, we will collect and clean seeds from those species in restoration areas at Winnebago County Community Park Pavilion (the old beach house). While doing this\, we will enjoy fresh pressed apple cider. DESCRIPTION:Come and enjoy this FREE all ages event! \n\n\n\nWe will spend the afternoon carving 100 pumpkins and light them all up in the park starting at 6pm.Trick or Treat buckets will be randomly given away\, to enter you just need to carve a pumpkin. \n\n\n\nThe pumpkins will then line Cedar Street the next day during Tigerton’s Trunk or Treat.If you would like to take your pumpkin home\, it can be picked up on Cedar Street at 3pm after Trunk or Treat. Unclaimed pumpkins will be free for anyone to take. \n\n\n\nCarving tools will be provided\, but feel free to bring your own as well. No kitchens knives\, hunting knives\, etc. will be allowed\, only pumpkin carving knives. \n\n\n\nPumpkin seeds and scraps will be free for the taking if anyone is interested. Please bring your own containers to transport them. \n\n\n\nAll children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. \n\n\n\nVolunteers are needed to help gut pumpkins during the event. \n\n\n\nPlease contact Stephanie to reserve your pumpkin or volunteer. 414-232-0260
