For residents of Langlade County, WI needing help with Christmas gifts for your children. DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 24, 2025. PLEASE SIGN UP EARLY, DO NOT PROCRASTINATE!!

PLEASE READ THE FORM IT HAS IMPORTANT INFORMATION – YOU WILL FILL OUT ONE FORM PER CHILD.
This program is first come first serve, so please go online, and submit the form in as soon as possible. All forms are due by November 24th, but to get tags on Giving Trees and get the gifts back in time, please submit your form ASAP! The sooner you turn your form in, the sooner your tags get on trees, which means more exposure time and a better chance for us to fulfill your children’s wishes.
