Kids’ Playdate “Business” Cards

“Hey Mom- Can you add my friend from school to Messenger Kids? Hey Mom, can you exchange numbers so we can play again?” It’s awesome when you meet someone on the playground that you hit it off with. It’s not easy to make friends. With these “Kids Playdate Business Cards“, it’ll be easy to exchange info. My kids are bus kids so I don’t get the chance to meet a lot of the parents at school. This is a great way for them to stay in touch. If you don’t feel comfortable sharing the Friend codes, you can easily just print the first side.

Instructions:

  1. Click the image or here.
  2. Download (save) the cards
  3. Print them on either standard blank business cards or cardstock.  (Make sure to adjust printer settings for the heavier paper and two-sided settings, if needed).
  4. Enter the info
  5. Cut them out or separate them
  6. Hand them out.

I sent these with my kids as a “prototype tester”. I printed mine on some blank business card stock I had here. My kids loved that they felt all grown up. My seven-year-old has almost mastered the “here’s my card”. While the kids are able to talk amongst themselves, I feel better knowing that I (or the other parent) can be reached in case something goes sideways.

These are the Business Cards that I use for my kids “play date business cards”.

If you’ll be printing on plain paper, we have a full sheet of cards all set for you. They’re designed for double-sided printing. But you can choose to print only one side.
