Open to ALL Children living in the Clintonville Area School District, 18 years old and younger.

Please note:

• Children do not need to be enrolled in the Clintonville Public Schools to participate in the program. 
• No proof of income is required.
• The person(s) listed on the sign-up form must be the person(s) picking up the meals.
• Other Families can not pick up for other participants in the program. Must be guardians. 
• Meals will be provided to all children without discrimination.  Nondiscrimination Notice

• First Pick up is June 11th 12 pm -2:00pm Pickups will not be allowed outside of this time window
