🚒👮🚑 Bear Creek Fire Department 11th Annual Firemens’ Festival and Car Show

Please mark your calenders for our 11th annual Firemens’ Festival and Car Show. We dedicate this year’s event to the late Tim Wanta. Tim was one of the most dedicated members of the event committee and pushed very hard every year for its success!! Our 2025 event will impress like always!
Live Music, Raffle, Raffle baskets, Food and beverages, Cornhole Tournament, kids games, petting zoo, vendors and face painting are things to expect. Fire Trucks, Police Cars, Ambulances, Outagamie County CERT, and LOTS of Show Cars!
DJ Jay Cruz from Frog 92.3 fm will be out spinning up some tunes and making announcements during the show (15:30-19:30). BomBoxx will be playing on the main stage from 8pm to midnight. Anything with a engine is welcome. Trophy’s to be handed out at 8pm.

We had to push back the start time of the Cornhole tournament from 4pm to 5pm. Remember, only 50 teams will be allowed. $50 a team, bring your own partner and bags. All games played under a tent. OvER $900 has been added to payout!! Message Jake Reiter to pre-register. Open registration will start at 3:00 pm the day of the event if space is still available.
Show Car registration starts at 3:30pm. You will park your entry vehicle and walk back up to the registration station to register. Cost is $10 per vehicle entered. Trophy’s right after the emergency vehicle parade.
Motorcycle owners, yes this event is on the grass and we have plenty of boards ready to use for your kick stands!!
We will have a large number of emergency vehicles from all over the area including fire trucks, Ambulances, police cars, tow truck from Graveyard Auto & Towing and even the Outagamie County CERT team will be on hand to educate the public on the ability in our communities! Make sure to thank them all for there service.
Vendor set-up is 2:00pm with the vendor fair starting at 3:30pm.
Kids area to include: soda bottle ring toss, Pick-A-Duck, gold fish fish bowl ping pong toss, face painting, Bouncy House and a petting zoo. Kids area opens at 3:30pm
Sparky the FIRE DOG will be making an appearance to take family pictures at 530 pm. IF YOU WOULD LIKE A PICTURE, PLEASE COME TO THE STAGE AREA AT 530pm.
Food this year will be Pulled Pork and Sloppy Joe sandwiches with chips and of course as always, the seasons first SWEETCORN ON THE COB!!! Food building opens at 3:30pm. Food will be served until gone. So make sure to get some while it lasts!!!!!!
All the ICE COLD beverages and drinks for the lady’s will be on ice and ready also at 3:30pm.
LIVE AUCTION STARTS AT 7PM!!!
Wood carving by Buschke Carving, 25 pounds of meat from Tyson Foods, autographed foot ball from the Green Bay Packers, Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison autographed football and lastly at hunting/safari trip to the Wild Wildebeest Lodge, South Africa in South Africa valued at over $17,000 are items that will be live auctioned.
BoomBoxx takes them main stage right after the trophy presentation rocking out to all of our favorites rock and County hits!!!
