We are also hosting 2 fundraising efforts.  Both are products that we use regularly in our own home.  We will be splitting the proceeds with several local non-profits.  We have a Facebook poll asking for nominations.

The funds earned through the fundraisers will be split.  Our portion will be used towards website/calendar upgrades, community events, giveaways, and business expenses.

We became aware of a member of our EMS family that was injured while off-duty.  The individual will have an extended leave of absence so we’d like to split the proceeds from these fundraisers with this person.  This individual is the first to rush in to help but is the last person to ever ask for help (and still hasn’t.  This will be a surprise for the individual.) (as such, there will be no big presentation, no photo op, etc.)
