4th Annual Give Kids A Smile

Join us for our fourth annual Give Kids A Smile event hosted by members of the Shawano County Dental Society.
This event is a FIRST COME and FIRST SERVED event for children ages 6 – 14.
NO INSURANCE REQUIRED!
FREE DENTAL SCREENINGS AND TREATMENT!
At this event, children are screened for dental needs and treatment then are given the option for SAME DAY TREATMENT. Options for dental treatment that are available are: dental cleanings/prophylaxis, fluoride varnish applications. dental sealants, fillings and extractions.
Parent/guardian needs to be present at time of screening and stay at location/building for ENTIRE procedure/treatment.
