Time Notes
There is a closed session meeting prior to the regular meeting.The Board Meeting will be held in the CHS IMC. If you’d like to speak at the meeting, the form can be found here or there are forms available on arrival. If you plan on speaking, please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early.
Please note that the “Peanut Gallery” can only speak outside of the Public Comments portion of the meetings, with permission from the President, Chair or other Active Board Member. (Committee meetings are slightly more relaxed. Check with the Committee Chair or other board member in attendance before the meeting for their expectations.)

**Publisher’s Note** New for March 2026: This week’s meeting may need context for those who missed the last meeting. My suggestion would be to watch the recording from the last meeting and read the additional information available. Click here to access the recordings and additional information. To prove how important I feel it is to be prepared for this week’s meeting – I created Bingo Cards. You can get yours here. (The link will generate a unique card for you so you can’t share answers with a friend). (Instead of an X on the word, write the timestamp – please indicate on your bingo card which recording you watched/listened to. Personally, I recommend the RuralNEWfamilies one – the video quality is better.) When you complete your bingo card, DM it to our FB page or send us an e-mail. (The Subject needs to read Clintonville February School Board Bingo). We will verify all entries and all legitimate entries will be put into a drawing for a gift card to a local business. Entries must be received by 6pm on Monday 3/9/2026 (before the SB meeting gets called to order). Winners will be notified using the method used to submit their entry and will have 48 hours to respond.
