Time Notes
There is a Closed Session Meeting prior to the regular meeting at 5:15pmThe Board Meeting will be held in the CHS IMC. If you’d like to speak at the meeting, the form can be found here or there are forms available on arrival. If you plan on speaking, please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes early. (Per E-mail from Mr Kuhn, the doors will not be opened more than 10 minutes before the start of the meeting)
Please note that the “Peanut Gallery” can only speak outside of the Public Comments portion of the meetings, with permission from the President, Chair or other Active Board Member. (Committee meetings are slightly more relaxed. Check with the Committee Chair or other board member in attendance before the meeting for their expectations.)
