please join us for free walks on Tuesdays and Thursdays in March and April! Tuesdays are Trail Fitness Walks at noon where we will walk to get our steps in; at a brisker pace or a pace the group is comfortable with. Thursdays will be Nuture your Nature walks at noon; where we will take more time to see what we can find to look at and observe out on the trail. Both activities are free and can be for all ages.
