Fremont Flood Cleanup Volunteer Effort
April 25 @ 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
We are organizing a community-led cleanup effort following the recent flooding in Fremont!
When: Saturday, starting at 9:00 AM
Where: Town of Fremont Hall
Volunteers will be organized into teams and assigned to help residents throughout the area.
What we’ll be doing:
– Sandbag removal
– Cleaning flooded homes and yards
– Debris and trash removal
– Assisting residents with moving damaged items
What to bring:
If you’re able, please bring:
Trucks, trailers, gloves, boots, rakes, brooms, cleaning supplies, carpet cutters/box cutters, tools, crow bar, and any other useful equipment. Rubber gloves and masks will be available for volunteers.
Important: Flood-affected areas may contain contaminated water, debris, sharp objects, and unstable surfaces. Please come prepared and use caution.
