Clintonville School District Board Meeting – Policy Committee and Regular Board
September 22, 2025 @ 5:15 pm – 8:00 pm
The Board Meeting will be held in the CHS IMC. If you’d like to speak at the meeting, the form can be found here or there are forms available on arrival. If you plan on speaking, please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early.
Please note that the “Peanut Gallery” can only speak outside of the Public Comments portion of the meetings, with permission from the President, Chair or other Active Board Member. (Committee meetings are slightly more relaxed. Check with the Committee Chair or other board member in attendance before the meeting for their expectations.)

8-25-25 School Board Meeting YouTube Recording
We recently attempted to do a FB live to work around the audio/visual issues with the school’s YouTube recordings, Unfortunately, we need more followers on our Political Discussion Page to do it. Ultimately, we’ve decided against doing the FB Lives. We have opted to record and upload afterwards instead. I still believe that one is none and two is one, so we are continuing the audio only files and have started uploading to YouTube.
The Audio only files get uploaded to the applicable event first. It’s the fastest – so it’s uploaded about an hour after the meeting ends (give or take an hour). Then we upload to YouTube. Depending on the length of the meeting, this could take 4 hours or longer, including time for closed captioning. The link is added to the meeting it applies to.
