NATIVE AMERICAN PLANT MEDICINES WALK ON THE TRAIL WITH MISTY COOK

The walk will begin at the Red Bridge in Bowler, led by Misty Cook, Author of Medicine Generations, Native American Medicines. We will learn about the medicines growing all around the Mountain Bay Trail. We will talk about the history, identification, gathering, drying, preservation and usage of these Medicines from the Stockbridge-Munsee Band of Mohicans Tribe. Round Trip Distance .5 Mile.
