Zoning Meeting Notice
The Town of Pella Planning and Zoning Committee will meet on Monday, June 29 at 6 PM at the Pella Town Hall to present their plans for regulating Utility Scale Energy Systems larger than 1 acre in The Town of Pella, present changes made to update Town of Pella Zoning Map and Town of Pella Ordinances to coordinate with each other, discuss Data Centers and present a possible moratorium for new Data Centers.
1. Call Meeting to order
2. Present plans to the public which will be presented to Pella Town Board for approval at their July 13, 2026 meeting.
3. All interested persons wishing to be heard are invited to be present.
4. All interested persons can also participate by providing a written email to Dennis Zahn, Zoning administrator at Aries09@frontiernet.net.
5. Adjourn
