Vendors must be setup one hour before event opens each day!
Event opens 5pm Friday Closes around 11pm
Event opens 11am Saturday Closes around 11pm
Event opens 11am Sunday Closes around 11pm
ALL vendors MUST stay until 5pm for Saturday and Sunday.
Vendors can stay after 5pm if they wish each day. Bring your own battery-operated lighting.
Bring your own canopies/tables/chairs. Canopies must be weighted down really well. You can leave canopies/tables/chairs. setup overnight, but we are not responsible for loss, theft, vandalism, weather damage.
All products must be removed unless you are staying onsite and watching your own items and helping to provide security of other vendors canopies/tables/chairs. Others are still not responsible, but they can try to maintain the security.
Small tents can be setup overnight to sleep in, but only a limited number of tents. They must be taken down prior to the event each day, so keep it simple! See tent post in comments as well as map.
You will be roughing it!
There might be two campers on the end toward Walker St. to try to maintain security of that end, where we cannot place tents on people’s lawns and such.
Tents MUST be taken down by 9am. You can set them back up before dark.
PAYMENTS AND CONTRACTS MUST BE IN BY MARCH 31ST!!!

FREEBIE FRIDAY if you do both Saturday and Sunday!
No additional charge for camping, but you are asked to also help with security of all vendors items left behind. (canopies/tables/chairs)
