What’s Happening This Week

A popular feature on my old site was the weekly roundup of “Don’t Miss” events. I’ve gotten feedback to bring that back. This is our first one.

First up, WTCH Breakfast Club, we’ll be in the station going over a couple of upcoming events we’re hosting. Be sure to Tune in at 8am. If you aren’t able to tune in using the radio, it will be livestreamed. The link is in our event listing.

Free fishing weekend is coming up in just a few short weeks. Some of the local hosts are requiring pre-registration. Clintonville Police Department is also hosting Cops and Bobbers again this year. They have made some changes to the registration process.

You won’t want to miss the city-wide rummage sales happening this weekend and if you happen to travel to a neighboring town, you’ll want to check out our Restaurant Guide! We worked hard to make sure that everything you need to know before you go is in there, plus we have some pretty exclusive coupons to help you save money!

We absolutely love feedback. It helps us make sure that we’re providing the information you need while also saving you time. We have a Reader Survey available that allows you to let us know how we’re doing while also remaining anonymous.

Now to the best part of this article. These are our Top Picks for the Week. Be sure to check the calendar for even more events. Check the calendar often. We update the calendar all the time!

I hope you take the time to play around with all the really cool features to find the events you’re looking for. You can search for events in a series (like Gillett Summer Reading Program), List, Month, Day, Week or use any of our event categories and tags.

We have created two very easy ways to get your events onto our calendar: First: Submit it Directly. This is the best and fastest method. Add it to my to-do list (it is a private FB group and ALL of the questions are required).

We want to build up our brand-new business directory that also has new, improved features, so we’re offering a very limited-time sale. We also are building up our Restaurant Guide so we have a few deals available for that one.

We hope that everyone checks out our fundraisers and affiliate partners. Every purchase goes towards keeping this site and its resources free. It also allows us to host events, sponsor events, provide swag items and so much more.
